Puppet Summer

During the academic year, the Story Pirates make a big ruckus in schools, taking stories by students and turning them into hilarious, over-the-top, side-splitting assemblies featuring professional adult comedians. It's school dressed up as camp and it's tailor made for summer. From June to August, we lather up the puppets with SPF and hop in the van, visiting camp groups across the land. We lead drama games and interactive improv activities, making kids laugh and helping them create characters, make monsters, invent countries and let their imaginations run free. And, of course, we bring campers' stories to life into a big, loud, musical sketch comedy show that celebrates each child's creativity.
