Elana Fishbein

Actor, Teaching Artist

Elana graduated from Vassar College in 2004 with a B.A. in Drama and is currently pursuing her Masters in Educational Theater at NYU. As a member of Artworks for Youth she teaches theater to amazing kids at the Sivuyiseni Intermediate and Joe Slovo Primary School in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Her one person clown show, “Eleanor Is Sibling-Challenged,” has played for sold out audiences of all ages. She can be seen performing improv comedy at the Magnet Theater with house team Featherweight. When Elana is not sporting a beige unitard as a Sea Monkey in Lake Titicaca, Elana can be found in Brooklyn portraying the part of “The Best Substitute Teacher Ever” at Packer Collegiate Institute.
