Mainstage Show

Now in its sixth year, the weekly Mainstage show features new stories by kids in the audience. Join us at the Drama Book Shop (250 West 40th Street btw 7th and 8th Ave) each Saturday at 2pm. We buy the entire audience cookies and ice cream after every sold out show!

And join us for our brand new improv format Create-A-Show based entirely on suggestions from kids in the audience on Sunday, April 4th at Manhattan Youth in Tribeca!*

Special Events

Based on Davy Rothbart's cult hit FOUND MAGAZINE, Story Pirates AfterDark presents another installment of FOUND on March 5th at Ars Nova.
WARNING: NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN

The next Story Pirates benefit, the 2nd Annual After School Special, will be on Sunday, March 21st at Dixon Place in Manhattan. More info coming soon!

National Tours

Join us on at the Geffen Playhouse in Westwood, CA (10886 Le Conte Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90024) for stories written by local elementary schoolers from Los Angeles. Saturday, December 12th at 11am and Saturday, May 22nd at 11am.
